LIGHT WEIGHT (**NEW**)
This program is great for beginners and for those who want to change up their routines. Weight training does not have to be intimidating, and in fact, you should start to look forward to working out. We will be training safely at a welcoming pace with tips on body position and form to maximize your workout. It is your body, choose to work it!

ULTIMATE FITNESS PLAN
Do you want your best body of 2013!?! Every day you attend this class you will get a different combination of cardio, plyometric, isometric, resistance training and strength training to give you the results that you're looking for!

WICKED!
This class offers you a high intense and balanced workout for your whole body using your own body along with weights and other fitness equipment. Each class will consist of 5-6 circuits, including a warm up and cool down. Each circuit will combine intense cardio moves with a milder cardio or strength training move. Modified and more intense versions of most moves are available.

QUICK FIT
We know that not everybody has hours a day to devote to getting into shape so here is a great option for you! Weight Training and abs are all smashed into one intense 30 minute workout. Get ready to give it your all and get a ton in return!

ZUMBA®
Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That's exactly what the Zumba® program is all about. It's an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ that's moving millions of people toward joy and health.

SOULMAT YOGA (**NEW**)
Wake up right with Soulmat Yoga! This morning series is aimed at awakening and energizing the body along with balancing the mind, body and soul. Participants choose their level of challenge to awaken their muscles through guided alignment and stretching; focusing on strength, flexibility, and balance. The poses will clear your mind, improve your mood, help you focus and leave you feeling relaxed and ready for your day. Sure, it's tempting to hit the snooze button instead, but your mind and body will thank you for it.

GUEST INSTRUCTORS
There will be various times throughout the year that Swim Reedsburg will offer a guest instructor for a class or a series of classes. Please keep an eye on Facebook, our website and the monthly newsletter for this information!

WATER CLASSES

GENTLE AEROBICS
Gentle Aerobics is perfect for those who just want to get into the water for some light exercise. This class uses the weightlessness of water to perfect the workout and is ideal for those recovering from surgery and need to work on range of motion exercises. This is a little or no-impact class, Monday through Friday mornings at 8:30am.

EARLY BIRD AEROBICS
This is extreme water exercise to get you going in the morning! Early Birds is not recommended for the faint of heart. This class meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:45am to get you ready for your day.

WATER EXERCISE
Our Water Exercise class is a total body workout using water to create resistance. We incorporate noodles and other equipment to increase the resistance of the water. This class meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm, just in time for the after-work workout!

WATER VOLLEYBALL
A great chance for families to get together for some great water sports fun! Water Volleyball meets Thursday evenings at 7:15pm, following the evening water aerobics class. Water Volleyball is FREE for members or $4 each time for non-members.

PRIVATE SWIM COACHING
Private swim coaching is an excellent way to learn new skills or improve existing ones. These lessons are geared to the specific needs of each swimmer. Whether you are uncomfortable in the water, a novice swimmer, or an elite athlete, you can benefit from private coaching. Coaches are USA certified.

AQUA BOOT CAMP
Are you ready for an extreme workout? A workout that makes you sweat, but doesn't batter your body. Aqua Boot Camp is a high intensity workout like no other. This class utilizes both the shallow and deep end of the pool. A variety of tools are used as you shape and condition your body with interval training. Running drills and jumping drills will condition and shape your body without the risk of injury. Enlist today and experience this top notch, effective workout. Mondays and Wednesdays at 7:00pm.
