LAND CLASSES

ZUMBA®
Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That's exactly what the Zumba® program is all about. It's an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ that's moving millions of people toward joy and health.

WAKE UP WITH KATE
Get yourself ready for the day and the week with this exhilarating morning cardio workout!  This class has 30 minutes of intense cardio training followed by 15 minutes of strength and stretching.

NO SWEAT AT NOON
Do you want a chance to work out during your lunch break but hate having to shower all over again afterwards?  This is the perfect class for you!  We will give our body an all over strength workout without the sweat.

MEGAN'S VARIETY SHOW
This class puts together cardio and strength in a fun and creative way.  Come and get an intense and fun work out with Miss Megan!

YOGA FIT®
Yoga is for everybody in every body. These classes will link together poses to create strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance. Please bring a yoga mat or thick towel and wear comfortable clothing.

THE BURN
This class is made up of three 6 minute circuits that consist of strength, cardio and abdominal work. The combination of 3 minutes strength, 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of abs for each circuit will help you shed weight and build lean muscle in a short period of time!

ULTIMATE FITNESS PLAN
Do you want your best body of 2012!?! Every day you attend this class you will get a different combination of cardio, plyometric, isometric, resistance training and strength training to give you the results that you're looking for!

ETC FITNESS
This class is a land exercise class that includes high-impact and low-impact aerobics, cardio work, weight training, Thera~band Ball Exercises, step aerobics and includes an emphasis on stretching and toning.

BELLY DANCING
This class is dancing that focuses on the mid-section of the body. Get a great core workout! Though don't be fooled, your entire body will feel it after this class!

INSANE CARDIO
If you LOVE an intense cardio workout, this is the class for you.  Imagine all the ways to move your body and this class will give it to you.  Be ready to sweat, sweat, sweat!!!

ABS, ABS, ABS
Something everyone strives for is a whittled middle – this class will help you get there with moves that focus on our core.  Not only does a strong core give us strong abs but it also strengthens our backs which make all tasks easier.

GUEST INSTRUCTORS
There will be various times throughout the year that Swim Reedsburg will offer a guest instructor for a class or a series of classes. Please keep an eye on Facebook, our website and the monthly newsletter for this information!

WATER CLASSES

DEEP WATER AEROBICS
An invigorating workout without the impact! Some flotation belts are provided on a first come, first serve basis. They are also available for sale in the Pro-Shop or feel free to bring your own! This class is for you early risers-meeting from 6:30 to 7:15am on Mondays & Wednesdays OR 6:30pm on Tuesdays & Thursdays.

GENTLE AEROBICS
Gentle Aerobics is perfect for those who just want to get into the water for some light exercise. This class uses the weightlessness of water to perfect the workout and is ideal for those recovering from surgery and need to work on range of motion exercises. This is a little or no-impact class, Tuesday & Thursday mornings at 8:30am and Monday & Wednesdays at 9:00am.

AQUA LATINA
Do you love working out in the water and the Latin inspired dances and aerobics classes? Then this is the perfect combination for you - water aerobics with a Latin flair. Get ready to have a splashing, dancing good time! This class meets on Mondays at 7:00pm.

EARLY BIRD AEROBICS
This is extreme water exercise to get you going in the morning! Early Birds is not recommended for the faint of heart. This class meets Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:45am to get you ready for your day.

SENIOR AEROBICS
A great way to meet other seniors! This is a no-impact class and works on balance, stretching, and toning. Noodles, dumbbells, and other pool accessories are used to create a total body conditioning. This class meets Tuesdays & Thursdays at 9:15am.

WATER AEROBICS
Our Water Aerobics class is a total body workout using water to create resistance. This class meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm, just in time for the after-work workout!

WATER VOLLEYBALL
A great chance for families to get together for some great water sports fun! Water Volleyball meets Thursday evenings at 7:15pm, following the evening water aerobics class. Water Volleyball is FREE for members or $4 each time for non-members.
