LAND CLASSES

HAVE A BALL
Using an exercise ball can be a challenging way to add variety and fun to your total body, musle sculpting workout. We will be using the exercise ball to strengthen and stretch your body, improving core stability and balance in a fun, no-sweat workout. Monday and Wednesday at 12:05PM.

CHAIR YOGA
Chair Yoga is a unique yoga style that adapts yoga positions and poses through creative use of a yoga chair. The chair replaces the yoga mat and becomes an extension of the body. The student is able to warm up the body safely and perform yoga poses with more support and stability. Poses are done seated on the chair or the chair is used for support duing standing poses. Tuesdays at 9:30AM.

AM WICKED!
This class offers you a high intense and balanced workout for your whole body using your own body along with weights and other fitness equipment. Each class will consist of 5-6 circuits, including a warm up and cool down. Each circuit will combine intense cardio moves with a milder cardio or strength training move. Intermediate and more intense versions of most moves are available. Thursdays at 9:15AM (30 Minues).

YOGA
Everyone can practice yoga. Yoga can be as much or as little as you want it to be. For some, it is purely a physical pursuit, keeping the body toned, strong and flexible. For others, yoga becomes more of a mindset and a way of living. Regardless of age, experience, level of flexibility and balance - we can all benefit from yoga if we maintain patience. So come on in and relax.

KIDS FITNESS PROGRAM
Keep your kids active and feeling great with our kids fitness program. This class is designed for children ages 5-12. We will be incorporating yoga moves, zumba style dance, stretching, hula hooping and group activities to keep the kids excited about developing healthy habits. This class meets on Thursdays at 4:40PM (20 minutes in length).

WICKED!

WATER CLASSES

AQUA KICKS
This class is designed with the active older adult in mind and combines a light to moderate aerobic workout with exercises in the shallow water to help increase endurance, core strength and flexibility. Class takes place in our heated indoor pool in the shallow end at 8:30AM each day. The instructor leads participants through cardio movements such as walking, jogging, kicking, cross-country ski movements and jumping jacks.

EARLY BIRD AEROBICS
This is extreme water exercise to get you going in the morning! Early Birds is not recommended for the faint of heart. This class meets Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:45AM to get you ready for your day.

WATER EXERCISE
Our Water Exercise class is a total body workout using water to create resistance. We incorporate noodles and other equipment to increase the resistance of the water. This class meets Tuesdays at 6:45PM and Thursdays at 6:30PM, just in time for the after-work workout!

AQUA BOOT CAMP
Are you ready for an extreme workout? A workout that makes you sweat, but doesn't batter your body. Aqua Boot Camp is a high intensity workout like no other. This class utilizes both the shallow and deep end of the pool. A variety of tools are used as you shape and condition your body with interval training. Running drills and jumping drills will condition and shape your body without the risk of injury. Enlist today and experience this top notch, effective workout. Mondays at 7:00PM.
