Stingrays Swim Team

The Stingrays Swim Team is for ALL swimmers who are looking to have fun and have the option to compete in various USA Swimming sanctioned meets throughout the state. In addition to those swim meets, there will also be meets against area swim teams such as Mauston, Plain, Lodi, and Portage.

Stingrays are swimmers of the ocean and the Swim Reedsburg Sting Rays are students who like to swim fast while having fun. The goal of competitive swimming is to be the fastest to swim a given distance. The goal of the Swim Reedsburg Sting Rays is to become champions with Championship behavior. Swim Reedsburg offers a team opportunity and aims to be a club that strives to improve the health and well-being of our swimmers in a friendly, professional, and safe atmosphere.

Swim Team focuses on the four racing strokes (free, back, breast, and fly), starts and turns, and stroke proficiency and technique. Participants must be able to swim 25 yards with out stopping (Level 3 or higher).
